RESPONSIBILITIES

In our BASF Renewable Energy GmbH, you will be acting as interface between all internal and external stakeholders regarding technical and operational topics within the JVs.

• You will establish and maintain excellent and trustful relationships to JV partners, service providers, technical advisors and internal stakeholders.
• In addition, you will support preparation of JV Board Meetings (analysis of construction and O&M reporting, support in preparation of briefings and decision papers, trouble shooting and special tasks).
• You will transfer the learnings from practice to technology assessment and support the budgeting process regarding production volumes and trigger forecast update if required.
• Also, you will implement an Asset Performance Monitoring Tool and carry out the Asset Performance Monitoring and O&M Reporting.
• Finally, you will be responsible for the quality control and analysis of operational and performance reporting, operational budgets and forecasting received by JV partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree in Science, Engineering or another related field
• at least five years of experience in technology, operations or engineering
• experience in handling different stakeholders (both internal and external) and being able to communicate effectively with different layers of the organization
• general understanding of Offshore Windfarm related topics in Construction and O&M Phase including key contracts as Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) and Service and Availability Agreement (SAA)
• ability to work independently with a hands-on and pragmatic mind set as well as to work collaboratively with different partners and stakeholders in an international setting as well as in interdisciplinary teams
• experience in investment projects, alternatively operational background (maintenance, production, operational excellence)
• excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, knowledge in German is an advantage
• understanding of operational risk analysis and management as well as good and proven project tracking skills
