Training qualifications

• Main school diploma, middle maturity or high school diploma
• Team and communication skills
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Organizational skills and service oriented
• Good manners, pleasant appearance

Term of training

• 3 years

Vocational school

• 2 days / week in 1st year
• 1 day / week in the 2nd and 3rd year
