To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Erlenbach, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (20-25 h / week)

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk is part of your area of responsibility
• Through your cooperation you will ensure the organization of a smooth practice process
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will provide support during examinations and treatments (e.g. changing dressings, checking wounds) and, after training, also assist with outpatient surgical procedures
• Electronic data management and the maintenance and management of patient files are also part of your area of responsibility
• You will also support us in the recording and billing of services provided (SHI and PV)

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally you have specialist knowledge in the field of surgery / orthopaedics, but this is not a prerequisite
• Knowledge of EBM billing or the willingness to acquire this is desirable
• You are open to new ideas and enjoy continuously expanding your specialist knowledge
• Empathy and empathy towards our patients is a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
