JOB DESCRIPTION

Die Kindertagesstätte wurde im Jahr 1968 in Darmstadt unter Trägerschaft eines Vereins gegründet und betreut aktuell rund 160 Kinder im Alter von eins bis sechs Jahren.

Als betriebsnahe Einrichtung ist es unser Anspruch, die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf bestens zu unterstützen und einen Ort der Geborgenheit und der Lern- und Entfaltungsmöglichkeit anzubieten.

 


Ihre Rolle:

Unsere Krippe und unser Kindergarten suchen Sie! Unsere Kindertagesstätte mit Öffnungszeiten von 6:30 – 18:30 Uhr zeichnet sich durch die enge Vernetzung zum Unternehmen und einer besonderen internationalen Ausrichtung aus. Das Arbeiten im teiloffenen Konzept ist uns ein großes Anliegen. Wir legen Wert auf motivierte Mitarbeiter, die die Kinder in ihren Lern- und Bildungsräumen (nach dem hessischen Bildungsplan) in ihrer Entwicklung begleiten. Wir haben freie Stellen für Praktikanten im Anerkennungsjahr! Wenn Sie Interesse haben, in einem professionellen, dynamischen Team mit Herz zu arbeiten und Ihre theoretischen Kenntnisse in die Praxis umzusetzen möchten, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

  • Sie absolvieren Ihre Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher(in)
  • Sie haben einen freundlichen und wertschätzenden Kommunikationsstil gegenüber Eltern, Kollegen und Kindern
  • Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Sie bringen fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Sie sind motiviert in einer großen Einrichtung zu arbeiten

 

Start: ab August/September 2025

Dauer: 1 Jahr
