Tu Rol
En tu rol como Supervisor de Mantenimiento Farmacéutico, serás responsable de garantizar que las actividades de mantenimiento cumplan con los estándares GMP y las políticas de calidad en áreas de manufactura de sólidos e inyectables. Con al menos 3 años de experiencia, liderarás mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y de mejora utilizando SAP, minimizando el impacto en la producción. Coordinarás análisis de causa raíz, paros técnicos, control de refacciones y cumplimiento de KPIs como MTTR/MTBF. También serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento normativo, la capacitación del equipo, la eficiencia en costos y la implementación de iniciativas de mejora continua.

Quién Eres

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización y Control o afín

  • Certificación en CMMS (SAP, Maximo, Datastream, PM, etc.)

  • Certificación Yellow Belt o equivalente en herramientas de Mejora Continua y Análisis de Causa Raíz (RCA)

  • Conocimientos de BPM, calidad, mantenimiento, normativas regulatorias y herramientas Lean

  • Dominio técnico en electricidad, electrónica y mecánica aplicada a maquinaria de empaque

  • Experiencia previa en áreas de mantenimiento de empaque primario y secundario (equipos Uhlmann, Marchesini, IMA o similares)

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y enfoque en resultados
