Individual career and development opportunities and a sustainable personnel development strategy help to increase the motivation of employees and the value-added in the company in the daily work process. In addition to the technical training customary in the industry, the fiwa)group also offers social, personal, and management training. We also collaborate with universities, training, and apprenticeship companies to promote the next generation of employees.

The goal of the personnel development strategy at the fiwa)group is to have highly qualified, motivated and satisfied employees who will ensure successful projects and satisfied customers today and in the future.

Through continuous training measures, we increase the value of our employees and thus the quality and value of the entire company.
Teambuilding measures (company parties, excursions) are an integral part of our work in order to create an optimal corporate climate conducive to development. We support further education with internal and external trainings and seminars.

Social benefits

We are not only technologically "state of the art" but also in the social area: In order to strengthen our employees' backs, we enable numerous additional social benefits. In addition to fair, collectively agreed pay, we offer a company pension plan and additional capital-forming benefits. In order to employ high-performing employees in the long term, we try to create optimal working conditions. We succeed in this with flexible working time models (e.g. flexitime, working time accounts, part-time), favorable car leasing conditions and active support in the area of health.

Alongside the stresses and strains of everyday working life, sport plays an important balancing role. Since 1995, the fiwa)group's company sports club, the B.S.V. Fi Wa e.V., has been in existence with the aim of supporting health, fitness and the enjoyment of sports. In addition to the sporting achievements, the social togetherness is also in the foreground. Today, our BSV has about 60 members, who pursue sporting ambitions together in their free time. Cycling is especially popular, whether on a road bike or a mountain bike. Our employees are also active in running, fishing, soccer and skiing as well.

Besides our BSV we try to keep our employees fit and healthy by providing valuable information, tips and tricks as well as sufficient vitamins.

Furthermore, the fiwa)group supports various schools, social and sports institutions as well as events in the region.

The fiwa)group has been in existence for almost 50 years. Since the very beginning, the head office has been located in Burghausen, which explains our regional roots: we care a lot about the people of the region as well as about a clean environment, therefore we always try to support the region with donations, sponsoring and a strong awareness of quality, environment and safety.
