This position is part of the RSOL Instruments Production located in RSOL and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Sensors & Instruments Plant and report to Tomasz Partyka Director, Sensor Plant Stargard responsible among other for software processes. If you are comfortable in a cross-functional, fast-paced, supportive role and want to work to build a world-class production operations organization, this will be place for you.

Position Purpose

The Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and modernizing the software used in production processes. The main goal of this role is to ensure the stable, continuous operation of existing applications and to implement new solutions that simplify and improve operational workflows. The position is located within the production department, which has the highest demand for ongoing software support.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work daily with software processes and production systems

  • Develop and implement new software solutions

  • Write and review software documentation, test protocols, and reports

  • Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines on interdisciplinary projects

  • Provide user support and troubleshoot application-related issues

  • Initiate modernization and process optimization activities

Essential Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT or Electronics

  • Confirmed experience in programming with languages such as: C#, C, C++, VBA, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NI LabVIEW

  • Ability to work with AI-based tools

  • Good command of English at B2/C1 level (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced)

  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

  • Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing applications for the medical or automotive sectors

  • Knowledge of methodologies related to production environments

  • Experience with industrial process automation
